How to add pages to a PDF

  1. 1. Open your PDF

Choose the document that needs extra pages. Every page appears as a thumbnail. The file stays in your browser.

  2. 2. Choose where the pages go

In Put new pages, pick At the start, After page 2 and so on, or At the end. A blue bar between the thumbnails shows the spot.

  3. 3. Add pages and save

Drop the PDF that holds the new pages into Add pages from another PDF, or select Blank page. Check the order, then select Save PDF.

Adding one page from a longer document

All pages of the added PDF come in. Delete the ones you do not need with ✕, or first use Split PDF to save just the page you want and add that file.

Adding several files

After each addition, the next one goes straight after the pages you just added, so files stay in the order you add them. To add photos or scans, turn them into a PDF with JPG to PDF first.

When to merge instead

To join whole documents one after another, Merge PDF is quicker. To rearrange or rotate pages, use Organize PDF. Saving a new copy does not keep digital-signature validity, and password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

Questions & answers

How do I add pages to a PDF online?

Open your PDF, choose where the new pages go in Put new pages, then drop the PDF that holds them into Add pages from another PDF. Select Save PDF to download the result.

Can I insert a page in the middle of a PDF?

Yes. Pick At the start or After page 3, for example, before adding the file or blank page. The new pages go exactly there, and you can still drag any page somewhere else.

Can I add just one page from another PDF?

All pages of the added PDF come in. Delete the ones you do not need with ✕, or use Split PDF first to save only the page you want.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDFs are read and saved in your browser, so the files never leave your device.

Is it really free?

Yes. Every Feemag tool is free, with no sign-up, no watermarks added by us and no daily limits.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your files are processed by your own browser on your device and never uploaded to a server. Processing speed depends on your device and file size.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes: in any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows and Linux.
